Each year around Veterans Day I speak to all the 7th grade students at Tohickon Middle School about Veterans Day. I have been doing this every year since 2007.
For the past few years I have also spoken about Veterans Day to students at Unami Middle School
At the September meeting of the Doylestown Post 175 Veterans of Foreign Wars, I had the pleasure of presenting a Certificate of Appreciation to Eric Ketcham. Eric is a 7th grade student who on his own initiative baked cookies for the senior veterans at Pine Run.

At the Polish Festival at Our Lady of Czestochowa. Each year, the King and Queen of Poland come to Post 175's booth to honor American veterans. As Post Commander, I had the honor of greeting them.

At a Veterans Day 2018 luncheon at the Central Bucks Senior Activities Center, I was honored to be in the company of Colonel Greg Marston (VFW Post 175), Commander George Lindsey (DAV Chapter 17), Dan Fraley (Director of Bucks County Veteran Affairs) and President Rich Quinn (Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 210). At that time I was the Commander of American Legion Post 210.

Accepting a donation of Girl Scout cookies from a local Brownie troop. The cookies were collected with the intention of being sent to deployed troops. Doylestown Post 175 Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion Post 210 provided the funds for shipping the cookies overseas.
